A membership club, not a dress code

Show up ready.
Not dressed up.

BlackJacket is a room for people who'd rather bring something real to the table than a stiff collar. Networking, bootcamps, and conversations that actually go somewhere. Built for Indore, built for people 18 to 30.

Early access opening soon. Membership isn't live yet, but the room is filling up.
The idea

The jacket was never the point.

Somewhere along the way, "being professional" turned into a costume. Black blazer, white shirt, a handshake you practiced in the mirror. Show up looking the part, hope nobody asks you anything hard.

We think that's backwards. What actually gets you the internship, the client, the seat at the table, is what you know and how you say it. Wear denim and a smart jacket over a plain shirt if you want. It still works, as long as you've got material.

Black, for us, isn't a dress code. It's a boardroom kind of ready. The kind you build in a room full of people, not in front of a mirror.

Why black

It's the boardroom, not the uniform.

Black is the colour of the room where decisions get made. We borrowed the colour. We left the dress code behind.

What happens inside

Reps, not lectures.

You don't get good at conversations by reading about them. You get good by having a lot of them, with the right people, often enough that it stops feeling like a performance.

Networking

Rooms worth being in

Curated meetups where you're talking to people a few steps ahead of you, not just people exactly like you.

Bootcamps

Skills you'll actually use

Short, sharp sessions on the things nobody teaches formally. Speaking up, pitching, holding a room, reading people.

Idea exchange

Pressure test your thinking

Bring the half-formed idea. Leave with better questions, maybe a collaborator, definitely a sharper version of it.

Hangouts

The unstructured part

Not everything needs an agenda. Some of the best connections happen when nobody's trying to network.

Who this is for

Two brackets. One room, tuned for where you are.

Nineteen and twenty nine are not the same conversation. So we're not pretending they are.

18–24

Undergrads & postgrads

Still building the raw material. First real exposure to the conversations that matter, before the stakes get high.

25–30

Early career professionals

Already in it. Here for sharper positioning, better rooms, and a network that actually compounds.

School students and younger teens aren't onboarded as members right now. We're open to special, case by case exceptions, but this club is built around 18 to 30 for the moment.

📍 Starting in Indore

First Indore. Then, if this works the way we think it will, the rest of India.

No point promising twelve cities before we've earned one. BlackJacket starts local, stays honest, and grows only when it's actually working.

Early access

Get in before the room fills up.

Membership isn't open yet. Join the waitlist and you'll be first to know when it is, plus early details on bootcamps, city launches, and how membership will work.

You're on the list. We'll reach out as soon as early access opens in Indore. Keep an eye on your inbox.
One email. No spam. Just the good stuff, when it's actually ready.
